Licorice Nuggets
Introduction
The starting point for having the best quality licorice nuggets is selecting fine and high quality licorice roots; which Sepidan Osareh collect them from best known Iranian rich and fertile agro fields or as substitution, import them from our other factory in Azerbaijan republic. Once imported in factory, the operation will start by washing, drying and grinding the roots. The extraction in the absence of any chemical agents and just pure water will accomplished by using modern Falling Film Evaporator and concentrator machineries in whole process; with a small difference in color, the nuggets are shrunk licorice blocks, which have strong taste and brownish black color. Some special customers, due to their requirement , request nuggets and this is the reason why, the company has added this product into its production list.
Since the licorice consumption is getting higher than ever been before, specially in traditional consumption countries such as Turkey, Pakistan, UAE , China and southern European countries like Italy , Spain and France up to new arrivals like Germany, Finland, and Holland, Sepidan Osareh has raised its licorice extract production to remarkable scale of 20 MT per day; ready for export to said destinations more than before.
The utilization of HPLC and Metal detector in our laboratory and production lines, has resulted to gain more premium quality products such as: licorice extract powder, licorice extract, licorice extract granule, licorice extract blocks, licorice extract paste(liquid) and some other specialized products like: licorice extract DGL and many more.
