SOLID LICORICE BLOCKS
Introduction
The primary element of licorice extract blocks, is the root of licorice; originated from Iran or Azerbaijan republic, where our other factory is situated. The production procedure, which carry out by contemporary machineries and include the phases : selection, washing, drying and in the end, extracting. The latest technology either in the use of machinery or the method, have helped us to deliver the best possible licorice solid extract blocks in market. The absence of any chemical agents and the presence of evaporator machine in whole process, cause the final extract, become a pure, natural and brownish black product. At final stage, according to customers orders, we pack the solid extract into the special molds, which generally are a 5 kilogram mold and then assemble them in 25 kilogram box, ready for delivery to local and international markets.
The main destinations are nearby countries: Turkey, Pakistan, UAE, Oman and in bigger scale, China.
Germany, Finland and France in Europe have been added to our regular customers as well.
Sepidan Osareh other natural and pure licorice products, like: licorice extract powder, licorice extract granules and many others, have more and less the same production line process.
Using the HPLC and Metal detector, which are considered one of modern equipment in licorice industry, has effected to get rising statistics in the production, either in quality or quantity, that moved us to reach daily production of 20 MT.
Glycyrrhiza Glabra, is the scientific name of licorice plant, which grows naturally in south west Asian countries like Iran, Afganistan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan and some part of Europe, in particular Mediterranean countries like Italy, Spain and Greece. The traditional use of plant has very long history as plant itself in culture and daily life of these nations; drinking as tea, medicinal beverage and illness remedy were among the most popular one.
